• Body Pump: A high-intensity choreographed class that combines high repetition exercises with plate
loaded bars. This energetic, music driven class uses a variety of strength training exercises to help
improve muscle tone.
• Basic Strength: A complete strength training workout incorporating the use of light free weights, and dumbbells, targeting each major muscle group for toning and strengthening.
• Piyo: PiYo isn’t like standard Pilates and yoga classes that make you hold long, intense poses, or lead you through dozens of repetitive, microscopic core movements. PiYo speeds everything up - including your results - by introducing you to dynamic, flowing sequences that can burn serious calories at the same time as they lengthen and tone your muscles and increase your flexibility.
• Yoga: Yoga classes focus on breathing and relaxation, using gentle motions and posture to lubricate the joints, and lengthen the muscles. This leads to a feeling of well-being and the emphasis on bodily awareness makes the class appropriate for any level, from beginner to more experiences.
• Strength & Sweat: Will be a high energy class combining strength training of all your major muscle groups, core conditioning, as well as cardio moves! We will make use of our equipment as well as using bodyweight to burn calories and strengthen your entire body!
• Hot Pilates: Hot Pilates is a challenging full body work-out which combines Pilates principles with high intensity interval training in a heated room.
• HIIT with Luis: Will include short bursts of high intensity interval training exercises using a wide variety of our equipment as well as bodyweight exercises that will challenge your heart and overall fitness!
• Zumba: Get ready to party yourself into shape! Join our fantastic instructors for high energy Latin and international beats. Join the dance fitness party!
• Spinning: A fantastic cardio workout performed on stationary bikes simulating real like terrain where the instructor leads the class through hill, sprints, and jumps using visualizing and motivating music!
• Kabox: A cardio Martial Arts class with elements of "striking" and "kicking" not found in regular kickboxing classes. Your core and footwork are essential elements. This class will work every muscle in your body!
• BARRE Fitness: This 55 minute multi level barre class will challenge every muscle in your body. It incorporates your cardio and resistance in one class done at a ballet barre or using a chair. This fitness class will burn 500-700 calories and leave your muscles completely exhausted!
• Cardio Class: Every week do something different! Might be Cardio Kickboxing, POUND, Surfset, BARRE Fitness, or CardioSport! Each class will be sure to elevate your heart rate and improve your Cardio Fitness! See our monthly schedule in the gym or give us a call!
