It’s a musical journey where the level of intensity is up to you!

Introduction to Spinning:
Try this 30- minute introduction to spinning class.  The instructor will teach you the fundamental technique, form, and terminology to prepare you for success in future spinning classes.

Spinning:
A fantastic cardio workout performed on stationary bikes simulating real life terrain. The instructor leads the class through hills, sprints, and jumps using visualization motivating music!
