All classes accommodate beginning to advanced levels of fitness.  All classes at The Gymnasium (except for those with $) are included in the membership fee! You never know what you are capable of until you try something you haven't before. 

You now have the freedom to take classes in the Gym, online from work, home, or vacation. Are the class times listed too early or too late for your schedule? Access our Online Video Library 24/7! Many of our members join because we have a wide variety of equipment you can use on your own, AND a comprehensive Group Fitness Class Schedule with tons of fun fitness options to de-stress your mind and workout your body. Most of our members happily keep their memberships and continue to thrive here for many years because we have a genuine interest in YOU. We know your goals, we know your son's name, we know your dog's name, and we know what you love to do outside of spending time at the Gym. Can The Gymnasium and its offerings really suit my lifestyle?

With so many options, you really can create your own personal ideal fitness regimen, tailored to your life! No matter where you live, work, or play, we've got you covered as long as you've got internet access. Here are some fun examples to get you started:

On Saturdays, you make it in to The Gymnasium for Basic Strength. Every Wednesday, you take Epic Strength in your office next to your desk right after you clock out for the day. Friday afternoons you come into the Gym and use a few Cybex machines, then the Rowing Machine, then glove up and hit the heavy bag during KNOCKOUT Boxing. You just can't seem to get enough of Jon & Joe's encouragement! On Mondays, you rock Muscle Mash-Up class in your living room with your husband and you can’t believe he has developed such a consistent habit of exercise (he says it’s the instructor and their humor). 

Sometimes, you choose to stay in your pajamas and take Group Cycle or Yoga from your living room, with your camera on or off, depending on how you feel about your hair that day. Occasionally, you accidently schedule a pedicure while you would normally be taking Deep Stretch Yoga... thank goodness for the Online Video Library! You can take Deep Stretch back at home in the den with your beautifully painted toes shimmering in the moonlight, and still have time to make dinner and enjoy it.
